to ensure its integration. We program PLCs, configure SCADA systems and Operator interfaces, design and build

Services will provide no worry installation solutions. As
your Integrator, we will take responsibility for providing
a turn key package which eliminates all problems associated
with coordinating trades, meeting deadlines and inefficient
scheduling. We will ensure that all installations are done
according to approved standards and practices. The results
are more efficient use of resources, which lead to smooth
and successful projects.
Commissioning
and Start Up
Qualified instrumentation and electrical personnel
will check the entire system and verify calibrations and
correctness of wiring. This ensures a smooth start up. Too
often installations are done by people in the mechanical
or electrical business. Having qualified instrumentation
and controls personnel perform Commissioning and Start Up,
will eliminate problems usually encountered during this
final and often most pressured and important stage of any
project.
Certified
Calibration
Certified calibrations are required by companies to ensure
that they are in compliance and that process variables
are controlled at desired values. This provides the assurance
required by customers that products are consistent and of
the highest qualities at all times. Industrial Technical
Services provides technicians and test equipment to perform
these calibrations. Test equipment are certified and traceable
to National and International standards. Certificates of
calibration are issued for each instrument. Records are
kept for audits and we will even remind you when calibrations
become due.
Repairs
And Calibrations
Technicians and Technologists are available for repairs,
contract maintenance, field calibration, and certified calibrations.
We believe that your instrument company, like your instrument
department should be able to repair and calibrate most instruments
in the field. Industrial Technical Services does just that.
We also maintain facilities for removing instruments for
shop repairs and calibrations. Calibrations are required
to ensure that proper process conditions are maintained.

state of the art test equipment that are certified and traceable
to National Standards. We also provide "Calibration
Reports " for all such work. In short we provide comforting
peace of mind.
Installation
And Electrical Services
Industrial Technical Services ensures proper installation
of instrument, electrical and control equipment. We maintain
a staff of qualified electrical personnel with many years
of experience in industrial control systems, power distribution
and installation. Instrumentation and electrical standards
apply equally. It is imperative that Instrumentation and
Electrical standards are applied. Any installer with knowledge

Custom
Control Panels
Tell us what you want to do and we will design and build
control panels and systems to perform the job exactly the
way it should. In the design stage we ensure that the scope
is properly defined and the job is understood by all. Wiring
and components are selected to meet the highest specifications.
Industry standard wire numbering systems are used and drawings
and other documentation are prepared using computerized
