IRtec
Miniray 100 Typical
Applications
Eurotron
IRtec Miniray Handheld Infrared Thermometers are the ideal
tool for periodic process monitoring and for measuring temperature
quickly and easily, at contact with the target or from distance.
An optional laser pinpointing method simplify the identification
of the measuring surface area.
Eurotron IRtec Miniray Handheld Infrared Thermometers
are the essential
tool for the prevention of a variety of temperature related
equipment or process malfunctions. It can prevent serious
damage to bearings, motors, valves, electrical switches and
distribution conductors, cooling or steam traps, thermal insulation
deterioration, hot spots, engine performances, extrusion heads,
depleted refrigeration system, etc. The instrument is rugged,
accurate and compact for a fast and easy periodic process
monitoring, to control quality and/or supervise production
phases of cooked and refrigerated foods.
FOOD
(HACCP) To keep under control and supervise production phases,
handling, transport, and conservation of cooked and refrigerated
foods.
AUTOMOTIVE To check engine, bearings, muffler, brakes, etc.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL Bearings, motors, valves, switches,
insulation, etc. HVAC/R Heating & cooling systems, thermal
insulation, radiators, ducts, etc.
Pinpointing
System A
correct aiming at the target is an important factor of a non-contact
thermometer. The immediate evaluation of the smallest measurable
target area is also a positive key factor in many applications.
The following types of pinpointing are available :
- Single
laser pointer to identify the center of the target area.
- Circular
spot laser pointer to define, at distance, the measurable
target dimensions.
It is easy to
operate with IRtec Miniray thermometers using a laser
pinpointing system. You simply aim at the target and read
its temperature.
RTD
Auxiliary Input To
extend the operative capability the instrument is optionally
equipped with an auxiliary input for Pt100. Using a insertion,
immersion or air probe, you can measure directly the ambient
or internal temperature of your target.
EMC
Conformity The
instrument case, made in shock-resistant injection moulded
ABS + polycarbonate has an internal metal coating to fulfil
the prevision of the directive 89/336/CEE Electromagnetic
Compatibility. See Appendix A1 for the copy of EMC Declaration
of Conformity.
