 UniGas
4000 Flue Gas Analyzers came
from the market demands, but it is the result of Eurotron
efforts in research and experience. The well known series UniGas,
EcoLine and GreenLine was merged in a unique easy to use, rugged
and high performance analyser.UniGas 4000
Flue Gas Analyzers are compact analysers that include, in
a palm-top version, the combustion analysis, emissions monitoring,
and ambient parameters measuring features. Two electrochemical
measuring cells are able to read the oxygen and carbon oxide
concentrations. These values, together with the gas and combustion
air temperatures, are used to calculate efficiency, excess air
and CO2 in compliance with the actual law and normative.
The calculus are made on the four provided for UNI 10389 specifications
(natural gas, GPL, diesel oil and fuel oil). The instrument
is arranged for other six well known combustibles. Other 2 cells
can be used to measure the polluting component (NO or SO2).
The NO measurement is expressed in terms of NOX component
as required by the current ambient laws. External sensors can
be connected for monitoring the ambient parameters: temperature
and relative humidity (T+RH%) and ambient CO, check the leaks
and gastights on pipes.
The instrument
operatively is completed by pressure (draught) measurement,
the printer, the data storage and the PC connectivity. The draught
measurement of the chimney is made using the UniGas 4000
Flue Gas Analyzers internal pressure sensor and the sampling
probe.
The printer is
impact type and is able to generate testing documents with high
readable and long time duration. The internal memory can memory
store up to 250 full data analysis. The RS232 serial communication
interface can be connected with a PC for remote configuring
and for data analysis transfer and storage.
One key
only is enough to recall each of the more used operative
functions: flue gas analysis, draught measurement, smoke index
insertion datum, data storage, print of the report.
One modular
instrument only to analyse the combustion in every private
and industrial sectors.
One battery
only to supply both UniCal 3000 and printer.
